I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, highlighted by the amazing staff who truly went above and beyond to make my stay special. The facilities, especially the pool and beach, were fantastic and very enjoyable. However, the room design had some quirks, like the numerous sliding doors, and there were a few issues with insects and room temperature that made it less than ideal. Overall, I would certainly consider returning, thanks to the exceptional service and fun atmosphere.
